Directions:

  1. Keep the body/head locked (Command + 2)

  2. Place your object in the center (File > Place)

  3. One at a time, move the arms up or down with the ‘Selection Tool’ (V)

  4. Scale the measurement lines up or down the same way

  5. Double click the measurement text to edit the numbers

  6. Optional: select the upper arm and click (Command + } ) if you want the hand to be over the top of your object.
